Custom Tattoo Design

All tattoo designs at Tattoo 43 Studio are created based on each customer’s individual ideas and requests. Our artists handle the entire creative process, from early concept sketches to the final approved design. This is a time-intensive process that requires cooperation and clear communication between the client and the artist.

Design Revisions

Once the initial draft is completed, customers may provide feedback for adjustments. Tattoo 43 Studio allows up to two (2) revision rounds after the first design draft. Additional revisions beyond this limit may not be accommodated.

Changes to the Original Concept

If the customer chooses to completely change the initial concept after work has begun, the original deposit will be treated as a design service fee for the first concept. This policy ensures the artist’s time and creative effort are fairly compensated.

Design Deposit Validity

The design deposit remains valid for three (3) months from the date of payment. Within this period, customers must finalize the design and book their tattoo session. After the expiration date, the deposit will no longer be valid.
Please note: deposits are non-transferable.

Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your tattoo appointment, please notify Tattoo 43 Studio at least 1–3 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being converted into a booking fee and it will not be deducted from the final tattoo price.

Deposit Policy

Tattoo 43 Studio does not offer refunds on design deposits under any circumstances.

For customers using PayPal, by proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you will not initiate chargebacks, disputes, or refund claims.

These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our artists, ensuring fairness, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout the tattoo process.
